Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must not show signs of misuse, damage, or improper installation

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Compatibility Responsibility

CarBox is designed to work with vehicles that already support factory wired Apple CarPlay or wired Android Auto.

It does not add CarPlay or Android Auto to vehicles that do not already support it.

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

Returns due to incorrect vehicle compatibility may be subject to a restocking fee.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video evidence.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


Non-Returnable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • Show signs of misuse or damage
