Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a tracking email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Times

Most orders arrive within approximately 6–10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.


Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

CarBox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier investigation.
